Day 1 | • Arrival: Welcome with flowers, followed by a reception with an immune-boosting herbal welcome drink and documentation. • Consultation: Initial consultation with the doctor and a briefing about the treatment schedule and instruction manual. • Therapy Sessions: Relaxing head massage, Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies including Udhwarthanam (herbal powder massage for the whole body) and Podikkizhi (herbal powder pouch sudation therapy). • Meals: Ayurveda organic lunch, evening refreshment (herbal tea), and a healthy Ayurvedic dinner • Evening: Leisure time for swimming, followed by a relaxing foot massage (without oil) using mild pressure. • Night: Rest and overnight stay. |
Day 2 | • Morning: Wake-up call, Kavalam (herb-infused oil pulling), and a yoga & pranayama session. • Breakfast: Healthy breakfast with detox drinks. • Therapy (Morning): Relaxing Ayurveda Panchakarma program featuring Abhyanga (herb-infused oil massage for head, face, and body), Kizhi (herbal pouch sudation), and steam therapy. • Lunch: Organic Ayurvedic meal. • Therapy (Afternoon): Another Panchakarma session with a relaxing head massage, a soft face massage, and a stress-relieving Thaila Shirodhara (warm oil drip therapy). • Evening: Refreshment (herbal tea) and an evening village walk. • Dinner: Healthy Ayurvedic dinner, then a relaxing foot massage (without oil) with mild pressure before bedtime. |
Day 3 | • Morning: Wake-up call, Kavalam (herb-infused oil pulling), and yoga & pranayama sessions • Breakfast: Healthy breakfast with detox drinks. • Therapy (Morning): Skin revival therapies including Abhyanga with aromatic oils with Naadi Swedana (steam therapy targeting the channels), an herbal foot scrub, an herbal face pack, and Sarvanga Ksheera Dhara (rejuvenating whole-body pouring of medicated milk). • Lunch: Organic Ayurvedic meal (special Ayurvedic lunch served.) • Therapy (Afternoon): Relaxing Panchakarma therapies with a gentle head massage, a soft face massage, and a stress-relieving Thaila Shirodhara. • Evening: Refreshment (herbal tea) and leisure time for swimming. • Night: Healthy Ayurvedic dinner, followed by a gentle head and foot rub with sleep oil before bedtime. |
Day 4 | • Morning: Yoga and pranayama sessions with meditation. • Breakfast: Nutritious breakfast. • Consultation: Interaction with the doctor to discuss recommended daily regimens according to Ayurvedic classics. • Departure: Checkout (concluding the program). |
